All is well, all is quiet — which is how we like it. Soon to be are pictures of the installed pergola. Mike is well. Psa tests are one per month for the next 6 months, but I’m sufficiently confident all will be well. Otherwise work is good, life is good, and the dogs are amazing. Maya now, after almost three years, comes when she hears her name. Sublime! Remy still howls but then buries his face in me immediately afterwards. I can deal with all of it.
Great to hear Mike is well! And Happy holidays to you both. I’m currently out hunting republican and Christian babies to cook up for my holiday meal on Christmas. Gonna have a few hundred of my favorite cannibal friends over for dinner that day including Hillary Clinton and Tom Hanks. They’re some of the finest flesh eating libtards I know! So, once again, have a Merry Christmas and eat plenty of baby meat! It’s damned tasty!

Such good news about Mike and so glad you are now confident as to the outcome.
Wishing you all a merry Christmas.

We can only deal with it one test at a time. Otherwise we’d go insane.

The only way to deal with it.

For Christmas I will most likely be with my old man and family in the village for bbq, a drink here n there and just chill.
For new year, most likely in the city with friends- bbq and drinks.

Yes. Still just the two of us, and Mogi and Golli. What are you cooking, and is it for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

We’re doing the usual, salmon en croute for Christmas Eve and leftovers the next day

Sounds delicious. We do Christmas Eve as well and I’m going to make an eye fillet with garlic, Dijon mustard and sour cream. We don’t eat much beef these days so I thought it would make a nice treat. And yes, leftovers next day. 😀 😀

There’s a dijon mustard shortage!!! Wherever you see it, stock up 😉
LikeLiked by 1 person
Really? Oh. My. God. Next shop I’m ordering a heap. Is the shortage because of the pandemic? Or Putin?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Neither! The weather. In the past two years the harvests have been reduced to half. The heat spells are making the mustard seeds smaller and smaller. When it’s consistently cold they grow big, otherwise their growth is stunted.

Oh…so this might not be a temporary shortage. 😦 Damn. What the heck will we do without Dijon mustard?
LikeLiked by 1 person
It’ll still exist, but in smaller quantities and higher prices. Like capers and olive oil used to be. When I was a child capers were sold in tiny jars and olive oil in little tins 😀

Great…just great. 😦 Dijon mustard is a STAPLE! -sigh-

Exciting! Are you spending the holidays in that house with the not central bathroom light? 😆
LikeLiked by 1 person
No. I had to tear that house down because the light wasn’t centered.

So, this is a little random, but . . . I was watching TV the other day, and as the credits were rolling, I saw your husband’s name! So exciting. Hopscotch was a cute little spy film, the kind where they have one character who says Fuck all the time to hide how family-friendly the movie is. I hope things are lovely for you. <3.

LOL! When we met he used to swear, but stopped because of my raised eyebrow. We’re getting through life. Getting through cancer. Getting through the installation of a new central heating system 🙂

I have several friends who beat cancer, and one who didn’t. It seems to take about two years. I don’t need to stick my nose in where it’s not wanted, but if you’d like to talk, I’m available to you.
I’m in that stage of “big life changes” where it looks like collapse. I’m getting through too.
