DABBOUS AT SOTHEBY’S
A celebration of all things British: In a one-off experience that will present exceptional modern British food paired with art by some of the greatest British artists, Sotheby’s will host ‘The most wanted chef in Britain’, Ollie Dabbous, at a pop-up restaurant at the New Bond Street galleries – coinciding with the launch of the Modern & Post-War British Art pre-sale exhibition.
The restaurant will open its doors for three days on the evenings of 10, 11 and 12 June 2016 from 7:30pm. A six-course tasting menu will be available for £250 per head including a Nyetimber English sparkling wine reception and fine wine pairing. The wines, chosen by Charles Pashby-Taylor, Head Sommelier at Dabbous and Damian Tillson, Sotheby’s Wine specialist, will feature a Chablis 1er Cru, Barbaresco, and Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru.
