It’s always amazing to see people doing this sort of work in countries where they really have to manage every aspect of the operation by themselves because there’s no government assistance whatsoever.

In my view, government usually gets in the way and screws it up, making everything that was simple much more complicated

I’ve put it on FB….most of the people I know there already support animal rescue groups but I hope they will spread the word.
